1. Who we are

2. Joining the early access list

Joining is free and registers your interest in opening updates, founding memberships and launch offers. Submitting the form:

• Does not reserve a membership, founding spot or entry to the gym.
• Does not guarantee a particular price, offer or opening date.
• Does not create a membership or any obligation to pay.

We do not collect payments or deposits through the waitlist form. Any future membership or paid reservation will have its own terms, made available before you choose to proceed.

3. Opening information and future offers

We aim to keep the website accurate and current. Proposed opening dates, facilities and services are plans that may change as the gym develops. We will share confirmed details and material updates through the website or early access emails.

If we announce a founding offer, its availability, eligibility, price and benefits will be explained with that offer. Joining the list alone does not lock in those benefits.

4. Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate details when joining. Do not submit someone else’s details without permission, send spam or try to disrupt the website. We may decline or remove submissions we reasonably believe are fraudulent, spam or abusive.

Website content belongs to us or its respective owners. You may view it and share links for personal use. Other copying or reuse requires the owner’s permission unless permitted by law.

5. Privacy and email updates

By joining, you request emails about the gym opening, founding memberships and launch offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our marketing emails or by contacting us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

7. Updates and contact

We may update these website and waitlist terms as our plans develop. The current version will be posted here with its update date. Updates do not retrospectively change any separate agreement you have already entered into with us.
